Cardhop is a contacts app from Flexibits that lets you search, add, edit and act on contacts by typing a simple sentence. On the Mac it lives in the menu bar and works with the contacts you already have.

Key features:

  • Type a name to find a contact, or a name plus details to add or update a card.
  • Start calls, messages, FaceTime and emails by typing an action and a name.
  • Email or message whole groups, and create smart groups that update automatically.
  • Keep notes on contacts and get reminders about birthdays and anniversaries.
  • Make calls through Continuity, Wi-Fi Calling or your phone's Bluetooth connection.
  • Print envelopes, labels and contact lists.
  • Search Google Contacts, Google Workspace and the Exchange Global Address List.

Cardhop requires macOS 12.4 or later and is on the Mac App Store, with versions for iPhone, iPad and Apple Vision Pro. Your contacts stay on your device. The basic app is free; Flexibits Premium, shared with Fantastical, unlocks extra features for $4.75 a month billed annually or $6.99 monthly, with a 14-day free trial.
