Notion is a workspace for notes, docs, databases, and projects, with a desktop app for Mac. It works for individuals organizing personal projects as well as teams that run their work in one shared place.

**Key features:**

- Organize projects and tasks in databases with subtasks, dependencies, custom properties, and charts.
- Collect responses with forms and publish pages to the web as Notion sites.
- Manage meetings and schedules alongside your work with Notion Calendar.
- Use Notion Agent to chat, generate and edit docs, autofill databases, and translate.
- Automatically transcribe and summarize meetings with AI Meeting Notes on Business plans.
- Choose pages to download for offline use on the desktop and mobile apps.

The Mac app comes as a Universal, Apple silicon, or Intel download, and there are also iPhone and Android apps. The Free plan is for individuals; Plus is $10 per seat per month, Business $20 per seat per month with Notion Agent, Custom Agents, and SSO, and Enterprise has custom pricing.
