iStat Menus
Menu bar system monitor for CPU, GPU, memory, disks, network, sensors, battery and weather
iStat Menus is a system monitor that lives in your Mac's menu bar. It shows CPU, GPU, memory, disk, network, sensor, battery and weather stats, with as much or as little detail as you like.
Key features:
- See per-core CPU usage, history graphs, frequency and the apps using the most CPU, plus GPU stats on supported Macs.
- Track memory pressure, swap, disk space, disk activity and S.M.A.R.T. status.
- Monitor bandwidth per app, public and private IP addresses, and internet connectivity.
- Read temperature, fan, voltage and power sensors, and control fan speeds based on temperature or battery state.
- Get notified by rules, such as when your public IP changes or CPU stays above a threshold.
- Check battery levels for AirPods, Magic Mouse, Magic Trackpad and other Bluetooth devices.
- Combine several items into one menu bar item to save space on laptops.
iStat Menus is privacy focused, with no ads, analytics or tracking. A single license is US$11.99 and a family license for up to five people is US$14.99, both including six months of weather, after which weather needs a paid subscription. A 14-day free trial is available, and the app is also on the Mac App Store and on Setapp.
